Hi Gary,

I truly appreciate your insights on how to have value-added conversations with Realtors instead of simply paying referral fees. Your perspective really resonated with me. It makes so much sense that a Realtor who prioritizes referral fees over building relationships may not be very successful—likely selling only a home or two a year.
